Provide Design Stencils
Design stencils would make it easier to use your patterns in design. For example Yahoo! provides a stencil kit which is mapped to the patterns in their library: http://developer.yahoo.com/ypatterns/wireframes

Pros and Cons-section for each pattern
Add a new section to all pattern, which discusses the usability of each pattern. Something more descriptive than "Why?" section you already have. That would give more credibility to your patterns and would help people to decide whether to use or not to use a pattern.

Please support Sass for the CSS
You should let people use Sass for their CSS pattern libraries and maybe even have a place for Sass variables.

Faceted navigation
I believe that faceted navigation approach would make finding patterns easier.
8 votesWe should consider this when we have more patterns.
-
Make patterns searchable
Should be able to search for patterns by keyword.

Add multiple images to the same library at once
Adding multiple examples to the same library at once makes it easier to add patterns, so the libraries wil get more great examples as well

Email based access restrictions
Instead of sending invites to users, company employees could sign up with their company email addresses to access their company workspace.

Please escape html in my description.
I want to be able to say things like this can be a 'a' tag or a 'button' tag without it trying to make a link on my page. Super annoying!

Comment segment for a private pattern library
I want to comment the whole private pattern library, not just the patterns. This should help in communication.

Let me bring a private pattern into a shared library!
I created a pattern in a private library, realized I couldn't share it, so I went and entered my paypal information, got a shared account, invited people, and now I can't import my private patterns? What the heck!

We use Tumblr blog which doesn’t support email subscription, but I could use Feedburner with it which has this feature. I need to do some research on this.

Make it easier to get thumbnail image working
1) Use phantomJS (or some other fancy stuff) to generate an image from the HTML I use in the case I don't give you a thumbnail image.
2) If I give you an image, make it the thumbnail by default.
3) Let me drag and drop an image.4 votesWe’ll implement this in the next few months.

Thanks for the suggestion Jamund, I really appreciate your feedback. We had to start with a simple implementation here, but we will improve this later. I can’t give you any schedule yet, but I see improving this important and I’ll do my best to push this forward. -
Tag Example screenshot with multiple patterns, so you don't have to upload the same image twice
Most patterns are related to other patterns, it would be nice to use an already uploaded image for another pattern as well.

Allow users to add tags to existing patterns
I'd like to allow visitors add tags to patterns other users have written.

User registration needs better error messaging
I just spent the last 7 minutes entering and re-entering passwords because the error on sign-up stated "Enter a valid value" The 2nd password field content was removed leading me to believe that my passwords didn't match. I tried a simple one, a longer one that was more secure, retried these 2x, moved to yet another version and finally opted to login using Google. (which I didn't want to do)
It was only at this point that the error message came back and informed me that valid user names can only contain letters, numbers and underscores. My first.last name was…3 votes -
Dashboard
I want to be able to track changes on patterns and libraries as well as the latest comments.

Reorder code snippets within a pattern
Rather than simply having a list of code snippets in the order in which they're written it would be nice to be able to sort them alphabetically or categorise them to make for easier scanning/searchability.
3 votesWe’ll look into this, thanks for the idea!

Make it easy to invite friends & colleagues
This should be a no-brainer. I want to invite friends & colleagues to use this tool, but I don't see anywhere to do so. This is definitely the type of app where that would make sense. I see where I could invite colleagues to a shared workspace, but I suspect as a product, design and dev team we'd want to try the product out individually first.

Option to print a library of patterns
It'd be great if you added an option to print your library so you can have it always at hand, comment on it and share it with your team :-)
3 votesI like the idea. There’s a lot of things on our todo-list currently, but we’ll take this under consideration a bit later.
